Special MAY DAY week event

Eight exciting days around Havana’s impressive May Day celebrations on Monday May 1st when hundreds of thousands of Cubans and foreign delegations throng the Plaza de la Revolución marching and waving flags waiting for the President to speak. A magnificent photo opportunity. The previous day, we’ll take you around the most historically significant sites of Havana, then, once the march is over, we’ll go up into the mountains for a well-earned rest, a good night’s sleep and a guided nature tour before returning to Havana. The mornings of the following three days we shall enthuse you with an Art Appreciation workshop while the afternoons will be dedicated to Walks around Havana’s Old Town concentrating on street photography and also visiting important museums and art galleries. Our final night together, we plan to go clubbing.
